Inspired by the Buddhist Monks & their Dog walking across the US promoting Global Peace

Our Vision

Global Sunday Peace Walks is committed to fostering and promoting Peace as a conflict resolution tool across the world through the simple act of walking. Our mission is to encourage all peoples from all walks of life Globally to come together every Sunday at 3pm their time in solidarity for the promotion of  peacefully conflict resolution. We believe that peacefull dialogue as a conflict resolution tool is now prossible at this stage in human history. We aim to inspire a global community dedicated to spreading the word that now is the time and it is possible.

History teaches us that human beings, individuals, families and nations will always have conflict. Human conflict historically has three phases, the inital disagrement/conflict phase, the second agression / war phase , and thirdly the resolution phase where eventually after many young people have lost their lives in war the different sides sit around a table and finally listen to each other, talk, forgive amd find common ground to go forward choosing peace as a tool to resolve and work on their issues as the conflict didnt work. Our aim is to promote cutting out the middle phase , the death of young people and ask for the third phase PEACE to now be the only chosen phase in confilict resolusition going forward.

Many voices globally are now warninng of the mobilisation towards war that is starting as a means of clonflict resolution. We know through history it has never worked and the conflicts just roll over from one generation to the next . War as a human conflict resolution tool does not work. Humanity is now too evolved, we are now choosing a better way, we are now saving our young peoples precious lives.
